How to Receive Credit for Online Nutrition Education

Select and complete one new lesson every six months.

How to Know Which Lessons You Have Already Completed

Two easy ways:

1. Click on the Lesson List and select one of the four lesson groups (Women, Infants/Toddlers, Children, or Family.) Select a lesson. Below the photo and the green Start buttons find: "This lesson is new to you!"
   If you have already completed the lesson, you will see the date it was completed.
2. My Notebook: Click on MY NOTEBOOK. Click onLessons Completed. You will see the list and the date you completed the lesson.

How to Use the Website

1. Select English or Spanish as your preferred language.
2. To register as aNew Userenter: Family ID Number found on your WIC ID folder, your email address and name.
3. If you are already a registered user, selectReturning User
4. All other users, selectGuest
5. Select a lesson, find resources, and much more.
6. Remember to LOG OFF at the end of your session to save your account information.
